Internship
The application process for the 2025 internship is now open.
As the Ranch has grown, so has the need for individuals who can serve on a longer, full-time basis. We deeply appreciate those who desire to come and serve alongside our team for an extended period of time.
If accepted to our annual Internship Program, our mission for each individual is to disciple, encourage, and empower them to listen to Jesus and allow God to work in and through them. Interns are asked to serve in a variety of roles and responsibilities throughout the season. One of the roles that make interns unique from other volunteers on the Ranch is the opportunity to be trained up and empowered to lead sessions with the children and minister to their families.
The morning routine may include one or more of the following activities: ranch maintenance, horsemanship, weekly mentor class, prayer, Bible study, hands-on training, administrative work, etc.
The afternoon routines may include one or more of the following activities: leading one-on-one mentor sessions with the children, greeting Ranch visitors, working alongside other volunteers on facilities projects and maintenance, or joining one of our staff members to complete a myriad of projects going on under our four pillars: Rescue – Mentor – Hope – Empower.

Our CPYR team is limited in the amount of interns we can reasonably invite each season. We trust the Holy Spirit will lead everyone involved during the application process. We ask that you seek Him for your next steps, trust in His perfect timing, and know that we are praying for you as you embark on this journey, no matter where the Lord leads.
