Schedule a Session

The session program at Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch has one main purpose—to mentor children towards the saving hope of Jesus Christ. There are many different activities used in sessions to accomplish this goal. Some of our available activities are horse-related activities, woodworking, arts & crafts, games, chores, and spending time with our leaders doing whatever the child wants to do that day! All activities are weather-dependent and are chosen at the discretion of the session leader. Because we have activities that can be done inside, we do not cancel sessions due to weather. In order to spend time with our horses or enter into any paddocks with livestock, closed-toed shoes are required (Crocs & other slip-on shoes without a heel are not acceptable). We also recommend wearing long pants, and for each person to bring a water bottle, layers of warmer clothing, and a snack.

Please note: CPYR requires that a parent/legal guardian remains on-site for the duration of their child’s session.

Once you have submitted a session request via the form below, our scheduling team will call or email you back to finalize your appointment(s). Please wait for that confirmation call or email before coming to the Ranch. We only have a limited number of session slots available, so if your child does not receive a session, we will put their name on our back-fill list to contact if there are cancellations. If you have further questions, please email [email protected].
